Former cricketer of India Praveen Kumar has made a serious allegation on the newly appointed captain of Mumbai Indians Hardik Pandya and his fitness only a day after the all rounder joined Mumbai Indians camp to start his preparation for the Indian Premier league season 2024. Praveen ripped Pandya by saying that he has shown a pattern of getting injured only 2 months before the IPL and does not turn up for the domestic team or for his country because he has his main focus on earning money by participating in this rich League.
This is not the first time that the cricket experts are making such kind of comments on Hardik besides it is a usual murmur on the social media platform each time Hardik Pandya suffer from any injury over the course of last few years former all rounder of team India Irfan Pathan was the to raise his voice on this topic openly from the cricket community when Shreyas Iyer and Ishan Kishan faced the wrath of BCCI for giving priority to IPL over domestic cricket as both of those players were removed from the central contract of BCCI. Ishan Kishan and Shreyas Iyer very ignoring the repeated order of the board to participate in the ongoing season of Ranji trophy when both the players were away from National duty. Therefore BCCI have to take this necessary step by removing both of them from the annual contract for the season 2023/24.
However Pathan wrote on his official X account while questioning bhai Hardik Pandya who did not play white ball domestic matches for Baroda during his time away from National duty was getting a special treatment from BCCI.

Pathan had written, “Both Shreyas and Ishan are talented cricketers. I am hoping for them to bounce back and come back stronger if players like Hardik Pandya do not want to play red ball Cricket, should he and other players like him participate in white ball domestic Cricket when they are not present on national duty?”
Pathan further wrote, “if this does not apply to all then Indian cricket is not going to achieve the desired results.”
While speaking much on the same lines in a video that has been going viral on social media platforms former Indian cricketer Praveen Kumar blasted Hardik Pandya for giving more preference to playing IPL and earning more money than playing for his country or his domestic team.”
Praveen said, “You got injured only 2 months before the Indian Premier League, you don’t play for the country, you don’t play for your state in domestic cricket and just directly play in the IPL.” he also said, “that is not how things should be done it’s okay to earn money because there is nothing wrong with that but you have to play for state and country and now people only give importance to this cash rich Indian Premier League.”
