The life-changing moment for the family of Rinku Singh came when he was picked by the Kolkata Knight Riders for the eleventh season of the World’s most prestigious tournament i.e. the Indian Premier League for an impressive amount of Rs.80 Lakhs. He appeared in a total of 4 matches in the season and scored 29 runs with an average of 7.25.
The subsequent seasons of the tournament were not that good for the player as he could not get many opportunities to showcase his talent on the field.
