Senior Indian batsman KL Rahul has recently struggled. After the Australia-hosted ICC T20 World Cup in 2022,
he was first removed from India's T20 preparations.
After two disastrous test matches against Australia in Nagpur and Delhi,
he was later deprived of the ODI vice-captaincy and has now lost the test vice-captaincy as well.
When questioned about KL's protracted dry spell, captain Rohit Sharma supported the opener and cited the significant hundreds
he achieved at Lord's and Centurian during the previous overseas campaign.
Venkatesh Prasad, a former Indian fast bowler, is among those who don't have much tolerance left for Rahul and wants him dismissed right now.
