The right-handed batter referred to the IPL as the finest franchise tournament in the world, citing the fact that the world's best cricketers aspire to participate in it.

Brook was one of the highest-paid players in the 2023 IPL auction, selling to SunRisers Hyderabad for 13.25 crores,

making him the third-most expensive player in IPL auction history, behind Sam Curran and Ben Stokes.

The 24-year-old has a T20 strike rate of 148.68 in 99 appearances and has scored one hundred and nine fifties.

It is the world's best franchise competition. Everyone wants to participate.

There are a lot of talented players there, and I'm hoping to have some chances to showcase how I'm playing right now - and show the world that I'm capable of scoring runs wherever.
