James Taylor is making his comeback to the professional cricket scene

After being let go from his position at the ECB in June, James Taylor has been given his first position in the professional cricket industry, that of batting coach for Leicestershire.

After being diagnosed with a rare cardiac illness that caused him to withdraw from the game six years ago, Taylor, now 32, became a selector for the ECB in 2018. Prior to that, he had short-term coaching jobs with Northamptonshire and on the England route.
