Jasprit Bumrah ruled out of the T20 World Cup due to a stress fracture

Indian fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah has been ruled out of the Twenty20 World Cup 2022 tournament due to a stress fracture. The right-arm fast bowler was ruled out of the Asia Cup 2022 tourney that took place in the UAE due to back injury.

Now, a BCCI official confirmed that Bumrah picked up a stress fracture. As a result, we might not be able to see him don the Indian jersey for the upcoming edition of the marquee event in Australia.
