When Will Russell Westbrook Make His Debut For The Los Angeles Clippers?

Nine-time Russell Westbrook, an NBA All-Star point guard, bought out his Utah Jazz contract earlier this week and signed a deal with the Los Angeles Clippers.

Now that Westbrook will be playing for the Clippers, many fans are eager to witness it.

After clearing waivers, the former MVP may make his debut as early as Friday, according to many sources who spoke with The Associated Press.

The jazz released Westbrook on Monday. While no club will be able to claim the remaining portion of his enormous $47.1 million deal off waivers, he should clear waivers on Wednesday.

On Friday at their home court, the Sacramento Kings (32-25, third in the West) will take on the Los Angeles Clippers (33-28, fourth).

The team's first contest after the All-Star break will be this one.
