KKR was well within the hunt till those middle overs where Venkatesh Iyer and Nitish Rana saw a handful of decent strikes that got them in the groove. However, what went wrong for them was that crucial hattrick in the middle-over that was bagged by Rashid Khan, bagging three of their biggest hitters in the flash of a moment as Andre Russell, Sunil Narine and Shardul Thakur were back in the hut with no one to take the Challengers home.

He said that he has asked his fellow Gujarat cricketers to please try and motivate the youngster as the time is going to be very tough and life would not spare the young man a thought. His father said that it’s a lot more difficult being a father and trying and spur his son on than what his mother can do.
