5 Biggest Wins for England in World Cups in terms of Runs-compressed

England national cricket team have long been criticised for their inability to pull off tactical masterclass in the ICC World Cup tournament. Nevertheless, they ensured to let their performances do all the talking in the 2019 edition of the World Cup, in which they made it all the way to the finals of the competition.

The Three Lions got the better of the Black Caps in the Super Over and won the World Cup based on the boundary count rule. As per the rules, England had scored more boundaries in the Super Over and hence they were declared the champions of the World Cup.

The defending champions were nowhere close to showcasing their prowess in the ongoing edition of the ICC Men’s ODI World Cup 2023 tournament. In this article, let’s now take a glimpse at the five biggest wins for England in World Cups in terms of the runs.
