2. Sourav Ganguly
Former Indian captain Sourav Ganguly is one of the Indians to have completed 10,000 runs in the 50-over format. Ganguly comes second on the list as he scored three centuries in the single edition of the ICC Cricket World Cup. The Kolkata-born piled up three centuries in the 2003 World Cup.
He not only steered the Indian cricket team to the World Cup final but also led the batting attack by example. In eleven matches, Sourav Ganguly mustered 465 runs at a superb batting average of 58.12. Ganguly scored 22 centuries and 72 half-centuries in the 50-over format.
