India women’s team beat Bangladesh by 108 runs in the second ODI on Wednesday,19,2023 at Shere Bangla Stadium Dhaka. With this win, India leveled the series 1-1.
Bangladesh captain Nigar Sultana won the toss and chose the bowl first in the match. Smriti Mandhana played a beautiful game and made 36 runs in 58 balls in the first 20 overs. On the other hand, Priya Punia made only 7 runs and Yastika Bhatia made 15 runs did not support her much in top-order players.

Harmanpreet Kaur made 52 in 88 balls and played a responsible game in the middle order from her side. But Jemimah Rodrigues played a watchful knock and made 86 runs in 78 balls. Her impactful knock helped India reach 228 runs in 50 overs. Sultana Khatun and Nahida Akter take two wickets for the host in the bowling department.
In reply, Bangladesh started slowly and made 106/3 in 28.5 overs. Bowling side Jemimah Rodrigues takes 4 wickets, and Devika Vaidya takes three wickets. Bangladesh’s batting unit piled up for 120 runs in 35 overs.
