The Asia Cup tournament has been well and truly competitive since its inception in 1984. The majority of the editions (13 of them) were played in the form of the ODI format whereas the two of the editions were played in the T20I format. So far, in the history of the tournament, Team India have been extremely successful.

The Men in Blue can take pride in the fact that they have won as many as seven titles (six in ODIs and one in T20Is) since the inception of the continental event. The sixteenth edition of the Asia Cup tournament is being staged now. India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh advanced to the Super 4 stage.

Case in point, being part of the Asia Cup wins really means a lot to the players. In this article, we will now go through the names of four Indians who are part of the most Asia Cup wins.

1. Rohit Sharma 

Indian captain Rohit Sharma tops the list as he registered the most Asia Cup wins. The veteran Indian cricketer has been a part of 24 wins, the most by a player in the history of the continental event. He has also won an Asia Cup title as a captain.

2. MS Dhoni

MS Dhoni was one of the important pillars of the Indian cricket history. Under his captaincy, Team India won two Asia Cup titles. The former Indian skipper comes next on the list as he has been a part of 19 Asia Cup wins.

3. Virat Kohli

Virat Kohli might not have won an Asia Cup title under his captaincy during his leadership era but he has often led the batting attack by example. He comes third on the list as he has been a part of 16 Asia Cup wins.

4. Ravindra Jadeja

Ravindra Jadeja has carved out a reputation for himself as one of the best three-dimensional players in the world, who can bat, bowl and field for the team. He has also been a part of 16 Asia Cup wins.
