5 Indians who scored the Most Fifties in International Cricket-compressed

Being a batsman is indeed a tough thing because once he is at the crease, he needs to lead the batting attack by scoring runs for the team. In the process, he ends up scoring a half-century, which is the smallest milestone that can be achieved by a batsman in the game.

In the history of Indian cricket, several batsmen carved out a reputation for themselves by smashing fifties for the team in international cricket. Scoring a fifty is still considered a pretty decent achievement. Let’s take a glimpse at the five Indians who mustered the most fifties in international cricket.

1. Sachin Tendulkar

Sachin Tendulkar who has created plenty of records in his cricketing venture tops the list as he scored the most fifties in international cricket. Overall, he has mustered 164 fifties (68 fifties in Tests, 96 fifties in ODIs) in his career, a record that still remains intact.
