3 Indian Batsmen with Most 50+ Scores in T20I Series Decider-compressed

Team India have been one of the top teams in the shortest format. The Men in Blue have been producing exceptional results, courtesy of terrific players who produced spark when it mattered the most. India won the inaugural edition of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup in 2007.

Since then, they failed to make a bid for the second title, although they finished as the runners-up in the ICC T20 World Cup 2014 edition when they lost to Sri Lanka in the final encounter. Case in point, piling up plenty of runs for the team in the T20I series decider is every batsman’s dream.

In this article, we will now take a glimpse at the three Indian batters who scored the most 50-plus scores in the T20I series decider.

1. Rohit Sharma

Indian captain Rohit Sharma is the second-leading run-scorer in T20Is with 3853 runs including four centuries and 39 half-centuries. The veteran cricketer has lived up to his reputation in the T20I series deciders for India as he chipped in with three 50-plus scores when it mattered the most.

Rohit Sharma scored an unbeaten 100* against England in the T20I decider in 2018. In 2021, he scored 64 against England in the T20I series decider and in 2019, he scored 71 against West Indies.
