3. Kapil Dev

4. Harbhajan Singh
Harbhajan Singh was one of the notable spinners in the history of Indian cricket. He comes next on the list as he has accounted for 417 dismissals in Tests. Apart from that, he was a handy lower-order batsman wherein he scored 2224 runs including 2 centuries and 9 half-centuries.
